We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Measurements and weights are approximate

  • Natural stones may vary in color, pattern, and clarity

These variations are not considered defects.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

If changes are made to your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are FINAL SALE.

By approving design details (including CADs, stone selection, sizing, and specifications), you accept responsibility for the accuracy of those details.

Once approved, production begins and changes may not be possible.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

For custom pieces, deposits may be required. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via FedEx Priority for $30 to guarantee safe delivery and insured up to the retail amount of the item. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable

  • Eligible ready-to-ship items are non-refundable

All returns require prior authorization.

REPAIRS & WARRANTY

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for items exhibiting normal wear and tear, improper care or storage, or damage resulting from accidents or misuse.

We are pleased to offer repair, modification, and enhancement services for a fee, subject to evaluation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Hannah Estelle Fine Jewlery.
